Alpine Garden Motel - Hanmer Springs

we had a wonderful stay at the alpine. the small cabins were perfect for our needs, with convenient parking right outside our door. the location was ideal; close enough to the town for work but still quiet and peaceful. we appreciated the friendly hosts who made our arrival seamless, even though we arrived outside of office hours. everything was clean, warm, and set in a beautifully maintained garden with lovely mountain views.

Excellent service from the affable, excellent staff members. Incredible and lovely location in Hanmer Springs, close to all the shops and bars and pools, Mountains and lovely cat and town centre and spa. Again, not far from Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa.

Well-appointed and NICEly furnished rooms had an iron/ironing board, multi-channel TV, and a dining area. It was with a spa bath.

The Alpine provided an excellent stay with a cozy atmosphere and attentive service that made the trip enjoyable. The accommodation was very clean, equipped with useful facilities like a kitchenette and ample kitchenware. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a welcoming environment. the motel's location was convenient, just a short walk to the nearby thermal pools and town center, enhancing the overall experience. ,

The only minor issue was the presence of some insects upon arrival.

The location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice, not far from restaurants and hot pools. The rooms were well-appointed and beautifully maintained equipped with a lovely view, veranda plus separate bedroom.

Nothing could have been better.

The accommodation is beautifully clean and well-equipped with a kitchenette. The hosts, Ella and Katie, are helpful, even offering extra towels for the thermal pools. Plus, the location is just a short stroll to the town and pools, a massive plus!

The room they gave us was brand-new and extremely pleasant with comfortable bed and a kitchen including stove, as for instance.

Everything was fantastic!

The location is perfect—an easy walk to the hot pools, restaurants, and scenic walks. Elle, the owner, was welcoming. The apartment was clean and spacious, with great amenities, although we missed having oven trays. The garden and sun terrace offered a relaxing atmosphere, making it an excellent family getaway. We'd definitely return!

Hosts were extremely helpful and friendly and prepared to go the extra mile. Our unit was clean, warm, comfortable and quiet Having towels and bath mats provided for us to use at the thermal pools was an appreciated extra. The motel was within easy walking distance to the town, thermal pools and bush walks.

Poor heating on very cold weekend.

The ensuite bathroom was conveniently accessible from either side, adding to the overall comfort. The kitchen facilities were better than average, making meal preparations a pleasant experience.

One minor downside was the slightly outdated decor in common areas, which could use a refresh. this did not significantly detract from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

We stayed in a spabath studio unit which was great - immaculate unit, no comfort spared, little extras - which all made it such a comfortable and pleasant place to stay, helpful and friendly manageress.

This motel is one of the nicest motels I have stayed in. Very clean and comfortable, with lots of space. Central to all activities in Hanmer. They supply extra towels for hot pools. There are only 9 units so not cramped. Beautiful mountain views.
